Thanks for shopping at Ideal Load. If we make a mistake with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns: If there is a mistake with your order, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
We will email you a return label. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We ship via USPS, First Class Mail for packages under one lb. and your package will usually arrive within 2-5 days after it ships.
For packages over 1 lb, we will ship via USPS priority mail and your package will arrive within 2-3 days after it ships.
We try to stock as many brands, calibers, and grains as possible and therefore we may not have the product on hand but we will order it ASAP and it may take us 3-4 days to ship your order. If you need your order right away please email us at email@example.com and we can confirm the shipping lead time. Thank you for your patience and support as we build our inventory up.
*For our Full Box bullets, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery as we build our inventory unless we specify that is available to ship immediately.
Shipping Restrictions and Notices for Fully Loaded Ammunition Only:
DOT-Regulated products (Ammunition) cannot be shipped via USPS or air shipping methods.
By placing an order with Ideal Load you are agreeing that you are legally able to purchase and have ammunition shipped to you.
You are of legal age to purchase ammunition.
You are following all state and local laws concerning ammunition purchasing and ownership for your area.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following areas;
California, Delaware, Illinois, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts
District of Colombia
U.S. addresses having zip codes beginning with (100, 101, 102)
